Villa Picon is Villa #1 in a small, very nice Florida Style project of just 4 villas. All villas are attached. These villas are directly on the beautiful Playa del Secreto beach. Large groups can rent 2 up to all 4 of these villas.

Villa Picon is the largest with regards to sq. footage with an excess of 4,000 sq. ft. Villa Picon is a large 3BR/4B.

Master Suite on the 3rd level with a King Bed huge bathroom and terrace. The 2nd bedroom also has a private bath and a King Bed. The 3rd Bedroom has a private Bath and Twin Beds. Patios with beautiful ocean views. Sleeps 8, However, the living space is so large that the staff can easily place additional rollaway beds or floor sleeping cushions nightly for additional guest or children.

Large fully equipped kitchen with island. Villa Picon has a private pool and jacuzzi.

One very spacious master bedroom and two bedrooms in the second level. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with open walk-in showers.

The master BR has a private balcony with sitting area that overlooks the ocean and the other 2 BR have a comunicated balcony that overlooks the jungle and gardens.
